K/2 Team
This team has a ton of fun on the field and brings a lot of energy. This year, in addition to their weekly training, they have had multiple scrimmages with FM Pride, Buffalo Lakers, Pal-Mac and attended the 315 Winter Classic.

Coach Shaun
Coach Shaun started playing lacrosse in 3rd grade. He always had a passion for the goalie position. He played at Pal-Mac and Keuka College. The things that Shaun enjoys most about coaching is connecting with the next generation of lacrosse players and giving back to the sport that gave some much to him. Outside of coaching, he is a real estate agent. Some of his hobbies include weightlifting , playing with his dog and restoring his cabin in Old Forge over the summers.

Coach John grew up in Spencerport and started playing lacrosse in 3rd grade. He plays attack. His favorite thing about coaching watching the kids improve. Something people don't know about Coach John is that he knows how to string a lacrosse stick.
