3/4 Team
The 3/4 team is having fun and developing their skills. During the off season, in addition to 1-2x a week training, they participated in scrimmages against Buffalo Lakers, FM Pride and Geneva as well as fought hard and won the 315 Elite Winterfest Championship.
Meet The Coaches
Coach Chad
Coach Chad currently serves as the men's lacrosse coach at Monroe Community College in Rochester, NY. His Lacrosse journey began when he moved to Penfield during his 9th grade year. Originally starting as a middie, he quickly found his niche as a close defenseman. Representing Penfield High School, Chad honed his skills before transferring to MCC for 2 years, then finishing his collegiate career at Potsdam. Afterward, he ventured to California, where he coached varsity lacrosse at Northwood High School and played semi-pro box lacrosse with Irvine Skyfire. Chad's passion for coaching stems from the invaluable connections and experiences he has gained. In a surprising twist, Chad celebrated his 21st birthday skydiving over the Grand Canyon and is also the proud to hold the title of Eagle Scout.
Coach Chandler
Coach Chandler grew up in Dayton, Ohio. He started playing lacrosse in his freshman year of high school. His position is midfield and attack. He currently plays for Monroe Community College and Team Jamaica. Chandler loves coaching because of the many personalities of the players that he coaches and seeing the great things they do as they grow. A fun fact about Coach Chandler is that he lived in Germany for 4 years as a kid.
